"Genuine and Authentic Communication"
We use ThankView to support undergraduate recruitment and launched our first videos mid-recruitment cycle. We immediately saw an increase in our open and click-through rates from admitted and confirmed students. Because the recording process is intuitive and familiar, we’ve been able to easily collect personalized videos from faculty and staff across departments. The videos are simple, short, and authentic. The branding and design make them a cohesive part of our communication plan. The team we work with monitors our dashboard and gives us feedback and recommendations on which type of video is performing best (so far, it's our academic messaging from faculty), so we’re able to adjust quickly.
