"Decent Provider and Interpreter of Retention Data"
As a faculty member of my institution's Retention Committee, I have worked with representatives of RNL to access and interpret our institution's retention data. While I might have hoped for more personalized recommendations based off of the data that is shared with us, I've had good experiences interacting with RNL staff.

RNL has helped us make great improvements in our retention efforts. They helped us determine which students we really needed to focus on and figure out who really needed our support. They also give individual attention which is great!

"Campus Visit Upgrade"
The RNL consultant met with the Admissions office at my institution and gave great advice and tips on how we could make our campus visit an engaging and enjoyable experience for prospective students. We were also able to make some improvements to on campus events geared towards prospective students.

"Expertise and Insight"
We’re in our third year of our contract for Ruffalo Noel Levitz’s Demand Builder. We meet every other week with our consultant and share our weekly funnel reports so we get feedback in real-time. She has done a tremendous job of understanding our student population and making recommendations for mid-cycle adjustments to increase yield. We’ve relied on her expertise and insight on name purchases and our prospect pool is still robust, despite lack of testing over the last year. Our initial contract was larger than what we needed, but our consultant recognized it and helped us right-size for the contract renewal. We had a rough patch with the creative team during the second year as we were revising content to address COVID, but they took our constructive criticism and helped improve our messaging. It’s been fun to work with them this year because of the level of trust that we developed solving problems during the pandemic. The initial contract negotiation and settling on services was less personalized – it was almost as if RNL thought they knew us and had all the solutions we needed before they took the time to learn about our campus culture and needs. The best part of working with RNL on search is the individual attention during the actual work.
